Our expertly crafted starters menu has been designed to give you and your guests a flavour of the culinary delights to follow. It features some incredible dishes, such as our duck and hazelnut rillettes with onion jam, smoked duck breast, poached pear and bitter leaves.
For the main event, you expect a stellar selection of options, including, but certainly not limited to, Fillet of beef wellington with fondant potato and classic root vegetables, Cornish Cod with root vegetables garbure, asparagus, prawns and caper buerre blanc, Shallot tart with a walnut pear and blue cheese bon bon and many more dishes to choose from.
Regardless of whether you prefer classic or quirky, our desserts menu will match your needs perfectly as we can offer you our take on all of the usual suspects, such as chocolate brownie and sticky toffee pudding, along with some slightly more unconventional treats like our Passion fruit tart with lemon curd sorbet and hazelnut praline.
